This was an enjoyable place to rent high-end PCs to play or work on fast internet speeds, at a cheap price of $5-6 per hour, depending on the computer you choose. The service was great, the staff helped me out on my first time by explaining to me how everything works and setting things up. The atmosphere was chill, quiet, and dimly lit, with colorful RGB lighting throughout. The place was clean, and there were plenty of snacks available at the front desk. I'd pretty much recommend everyone to check this out once, especially for those who don't have access to a PC at home or can't afford one. It’s the best (and only) local internet café in Houston!
Came here for the first time yesterday and it looks pretty good. All of the computers where clean for the most part so I can tell that they take care of their equipment. You have to have the games already bought on Steam and sometimes the game you want to play won't be downloaded on the computer. So you have to go in with the mindset that you have to account for at least 30-45 minutes to downloading. I think they should at least adjust the pricing to where you're not charged as much if you aren't playing a game. I ended up running into a friend here and played Tekken with him, so I did end up having a good first experience despite not being overly prepared. I do plan to come back. Only suggestions I could offer is to maybe have console setups.
First time at a gaming lab. My experience was ok... Computers kept having issues (shutting off, logging out), and multiple headsets were faulty. Front Desk staff was not available half the time, he was outside smoking and I had to wait to get help on the faulty equipment. Also, they don't answer their phones (it goes straight to voicemail). Otherwise, game was fun in high settings. The price was reasonable.
