This is honestly one of my first negative reviews if any at all😕 If you want prints specifically, I would advise not coming here. I was charged $20 for just 6 color pages and 5 black-and-white pages, all single-sided — which is incredibly overpriced. Atp, they can get a month’s worth of printer ink from 1-2 customers. I sent someone out to print some pages for me just to hear when she got back, that each page basically costed me around $2. In addition, I was told that he took a look at the document and stated it since it was a D11, that specific print would cost $10. Insane. Not only is there no privacy what’s so ever, certain documents that use up the same amount of ink regardless, would cost more due to its what? Importance?!🤨 Besides the absurd prices, which I recommend should be lowered, it was also extremely difficult to get any information/explanation about the prices. It took me three phone calls just to be able to voice my concerns (same man for all three calls I believe). The first call, he abruptly hung up on me mid-sentence. The second went completely silent after I replied to his call greeting which I find terribly disrespectful. On the third, I could barely understand him and was eventually told to speak to his manager at the end of the week. While I didn’t expect top-tier professionalism from this business, the service here was disappointing and not worth the cost. There are better, more affordable options on the same block that would cost 25c per page. I hope there will be some changes regarding the printing rates so that customers don’t feel scammed with their purchase.

Went here for a few hours down time. It was clean, quiet with decent PC to run 60fps on the games I played. Internet was fast so update took a few minutes and staff were nice. Had to leave earlier than expected but overall nice experience and good value for money.

I got charged 27 dollars. Because the pc malfunction. I send 2 copies of 7 pages each one and the printer kept going. At the end I have to shut down the computer. The guy in there didn't do anything. 27 dollars when I was supposed to pay almost 8 dollars
