Hours are way to random says they open at 11am but I’ve came at 12 and it’s not open I try calling no one answers.
Customer Service was good. Immediately as we walked in were Immediately greeted and asked if we were looking for anything. Employees were playing a Magic the Gathering game which does make it difficult to ask questions as you feel like you're interrupting. Video games are price match from DKOldies. This is why my review is so low. DKOldies is notorious for being well over market value on games. So all the games unfortunately were way over priced. Stock did not reflect photos found online. Which is understandable as product sells through however the quantity does not reflect what was pictured. As I said customer service great! Pricing and product selection not so much.
We used Ultima Gaming for an afternoon team building activity during a tournament weekend for our 12U girls. We booked it as a "birthday party" for the team. It was a fun time with good value. Highly recommend.
