XP 412 Gaming

I’m so glad I was introduced to this place. The first time I came here was for Magic the Gathering with a couple friends, but now we mostly come hang out and use the pcs to play Baldur’s Gate. The setups are pretty sweet and they have good food which is a plus. They host events and tournaments all the time so I’m sure I’ll be spending a lot more time here in the near future. 10/10 would definitely recommend to a friend.

My husband and I are gamers and came on a friend’s recommendation. The PCs are great and they have a fun selection of ramens and drinks, but the atmosphere was not at all what we expected. We would have stayed longer, but the children ruined the experience. We were the only adults there which was surprising, as the business didn't seem to be marketed online as a place for kids to hang out unsupervised. We came all the way from Kalamazoo to check it out and found it obvious that the owner doesn't seem to care about the employees, as they were woefully understaffed for supervising the business and needs of at least 5 or 6 children besides us. The singular employee working on a Saturday seemed to be run ragged by the sheer number of children that needed assistance. Several were highly disrepsectful, and there were no parents in sight. What was meant to be a fun date ended in dissapointment.

The staff here are not just employees, they're fellow gamers who understand the importance of gaming nirvana. Their knowledge about the games and systems is exceptional, and they're always eager to lend a helping hand or engage in a spirited discussion about the latest releases. But it's not just about the hardware – the atmosphere is charged with camaraderie and a shared passion for gaming. I've had the chance to team up with new friends and old rivals alike, all in the pursuit of victory across virtual landscapes. The community that thrives within these walls is welcoming, diverse, and united by a love for gaming. And let's not forget the cherry on top – the snacks and refreshments! With a snack bar stocked from local shops such as the Foundry, you won't have to worry about any hunger pangs interrupting your marathon sessions. I bought the membership and this is basically my second home now. 5/5 stars.
